BraveNewTalent.com is a new social networking platform, designed to connect the world’s top talent with employers of their choice. Our aim is to allow talent to assume control of their career search, and to reduce the complications involved. In an online world, it is time to change how talent and employers connect.

Our approach is simple. We think the recruitment process is outdated. Candidates and employers are too often relying upon methods which have not taken advantage of the social networking revolution. Members of Generation Y are used to having instant access to information, and being as well informed as can be when making a decision. At BraveNewTalent.com, we think it should be the same when job-hunting.

BraveNewTalent.com offers a service that is the first purely candidate driven recruitment site. We are trying to bring an end to the current process where candidates spam employers with their CV’s and employers spam the market with their marketing material. BraveNewTalent.com provides individuals the opportunity to engage directly with employers, become part of their online community and access news feeds, company information and answers to their specific questions. For the first time, individuals will be able to find out whether they would fit in at a company before they even apply. The BraveNewTalent.com site is fully integrated into Facebook,. This means candidates can conveniently create a second profile, a professional profile, on their favourite entertainment social network and begin engaging with their target employers on a day-to-day basis.

BraveNewTalent.com flips the whole recruitment model – rather than employers going out to the talent we bring the talent to the employer. This means that employers will be able to see who is interested in applying, what their credentials are, and if they would be a good match for their company. This is a much more cost-effective system. Employers can also deliver details of events, deadlines and vacancies to a highly targeted audience. You can now interact with potential candidates for vacancies before they apply.

BraveNewTalent is driven by the users of the site. Integral to the aquisition of users are the Ambassadors who help us spread the word about BraveNewTalent.

You will also get a reference and your Talent profile will be bumped up the ‘Top Talent’ list the better you do as an Ambassador. Assuming you’re as good an Ambassador as we hope!
